The Community of Hidden Springs Villa began in the early 1970s as a family enterprise with a vision towards contribution, and
so it has remained to this day.
The second generation owners continue to strive towards the concept of affordable housing in a
safe and tranquil environment, accepting no level of compromise in achieving these goals. Moreover, there is a dedication to
protecting and preserving the environment, made manifest by its legacy of old growth trees and indigenous plants, peppered with
colorful gardens and a whimsical dedication to even the smallest of creatures with whom we share the planet.
